SHIPPING POLICY
UK Carriage info
All products listed on this website are exclusive of shipping, and this cost is calculated during checkout. Further costs may apply to destinations in the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland as well as outside of the UK.
We ship all orders via DHL parcel courier service or pallet courier depending on the size and weight of your order. The vast majority of orders are shipped within 3-5 days, following placement of your order and once payment has been received (all orders are placed via direct enquiry). We will notify you, in the exceptional circumstance, should there be any delays to your order
We must stress unless stated otherwise, a signature will be required upon delivery from the customer. With pallet deliveries, there may be a re-delivery charge applied if a delivery is missed.
We also deliver to Europe and the rest of the world. Please contact us via the contact details provided to find out prices and lead times.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS
If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform The Steel Target Company Ltd of your intention to cancel your order by either phone or email.
You will then receive confirmation from The Steel Target Company Ltd and given the authorisation to return goods, please quote and include your original invoice number. Please note, goods must be returned in a resell-able condition, unless the product is deemed faulty with proof of this provided to The Steel Target Company Ltd.
Once we have received goods we will then issue you a full refund less any delivery charges. (You will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method) If goods go missing we will only consider a request for refund on proof of completed receipt/delivery of goods to The Steel Target Company Ltd from your nominated courier.
If a delivery charge was made on the original purchase this will not be refunded as this is a service which is concluded at the point of order.
Orders that have already been processed and/or despatched cannot be cancelled; they must be returned to The Steel Target Company Ltd for a refund following receipt of goods by customer.
We will do our very best to assist and enable a quick refund process upon receipt of returned items.

All costs relating to return shipping of correctly supplied goods shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
The Steel Target Company Ltd are not responsible for any shipping or insurance charges relating to return of goods.
Please be aware that The Steel Target Company Ltd may NOT be able to accept for full or partial refund/credit any items that have been prior installed by the customer before return.
Such goods/components shall be deemed 'used' and therefore unable for subsequent resale.
The decision to refund or partially refund prior installed items shall remain solely at the discretion of The Steel Target Company Ltd.
