Shipping to mainland UK addresses for all customers is calculated during the checkout process. We use a number of parcel couriers to handle and deliver our products, including Royal Mail and DHL.

Due to our products being significant in weight and various shapes and sizes, our shipping prices fluctuate and are calculated specifically for the destination.

Please not we only dispatch order during working week days, not including Fridays.

We allocate a estimated delivery time scale of 2 - 6 working days .

At present, we are not able to send our products overseas (Including Ireland) through this website. please contact us directly using the email info@thesteeltargetcompany.co.uk to place an order overseas.

Do we ship our products over seas? Yes we do.

Our website currently does not process international shipping. If ordering from overseas please get in touch with one of the team and we will process your order directly. We will calculate you the best shipping price we can to get our product to you via a reliable courier and let you know the expected lead time.

please note we will not cover international sales import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.

Please expect increased cost and lead time for international deliveries.

Every customer who places an order will receive an email from us to confirm dispatch from us. We include the tracking details for your order on this email with a link to the relevant tracking website.

All customers also receive a text message or email, or both from the courier to confirm the dispatch of your order.

If your order dosent arrive, please let us know ASAP. We will investigate immediately and resolve the problem. If an issue has occurred during transit, we will do all we can to get your order to you without further delays.

We will do everything we can to resolve any issues as soon as we can, but please remember once we dispatch our goods they are in the hands of the courier. It can take a short time to get these issues resolved but rest assured we will correct the issues and get your order to you.
