Should you not be satisfied with the product(s) you have ordered, you have 7 days from the date of ordering to return the product to us and receive a full refund (Minus the return shipping cost). All return products must be unused and deemed fit for our resale. If you have set the product up in the field this is classed as used and you will not qualify for a return and refund. Return requests that do not fit this criteria will not be accepted. Please allow up to 7 days to receive a refund from us after processing is complete.
