The purpose of a steel target is to withstand impacts from centrefire projectiles that we all know are very destructive. Our warranty policy is strict because we are aware the damage that can be caused to steel targets if the limitations of the material are stretched.

If you wish to apply for a warranty replacement of a target purchased from us, you must first email us multiple detailed images of the damaged target with an explanation of the shooting distance and ammunition used. After this we will investigate and decide weather we deem the damage coverable by warranty or not.

If we deem the damage coverable by our warranty, we will send you out a replacement straight away if we hold it in stock, or as soon as we can if not in stock.

If we deem the damage to be caused by misuse or general wear and tear, we will not replace the item.
